KR LEAGUE OF LEGENDS : RUN Reorganization Work Plan Guide

Good morning. The reworked runes and the rest of the changes for the pre-season were all introduced to the PBE test server. 
There are lots of things you can test and the way to run the runes is not yet clear. Django UnJaned and I will talk about the 
runes in the future on the PBE test server, the work for the formal introduction of the reorganized runes and the follow-up 
work. 

PBE Test Server Release Phase The

Future work
