The champions of the League of Legends all have their own DNA, where DNA is different from what DNA says in biology. In champion design, DNA means planning (gameplay design), narrative (theme and background story), and
art. These three elements are a component of every champion, and the planners confront each other to support each other as these elements fit together. But this is not always the case. Several years ago
, there were some cases where the remaining two elements were fitted together with one of the three elements as the central axis. Ari was
one of the champions built around the theme.
Ari's goal was simple. I wanted to tell the league of legends the story of the fugitive. Folktales about Gumi are spread all over Asia. There is a difference in each country, but the core of the story is thesame. The fox, who can changehis / herappearance freely, turns into a beautiful woman, using his beauty and charm tolead innocent men to death. After killing his opponent, Gumiho absorbed his period

It was
quite tricky to build Ari's character based on these tales . First of all, the development team
did
not want to use the contents of existing tales in the League of Legends .
Even if you take the story that actually comes down to you as a motive, you need Ari's unique personality. There was also the
risk that criticism that the narrative of a specific culture was not properly reflected in Ari's narrative .
